Return & Exchange Policy – Aurevia

We strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return/Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Cases

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item received
  • Size issue (exchange only)

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged by customer

4. Return Process

  • Contact us via email/WhatsApp within 3 days
  • Share order ID + product images
  • Our team will guide you with next steps

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Amount will be refunded to original payment method or bank account (for COD)

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • If unavailable, refund will be issued

As we source products from third-party suppliers, slight variations in color/design may occur.
