We strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Return/Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
2. Eligible Cases
- Damaged product
- Wrong item received
- Size issue (exchange only)
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged by customer
4. Return Process
- Contact us via email/WhatsApp within 3 days
- Share order ID + product images
- Our team will guide you with next steps
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Amount will be refunded to original payment method or bank account (for COD)
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- If unavailable, refund will be issued
